The General Education courses are intended to broaden the student perspective and help to develop skills and competencies needed to make informed choices, accept social responsibility in work and living environments, and foster professional success.

Associate Degree in Telecommunications Technology

The Associate of Applied Science in Telecommunications Technology degree program provides students with the technical and knowledge-based skills necessary to obtain career advancement and/or entry-level positions in the telecommunications industry, in particular to operate and maintain data networking, wired and wireless networks, fiber optic systems, and other emerging technologies.

Associate Degree in Information and Communications Technologies

The Associate of Applied Science in Information and Communications Technologies degree program postures the telecommunications industry practitioner with knowledge, skill, and ability needed to remain competitive as the telecommunications industry is transformed to provide ubiquitous voice, video, and data services to the customer.

Associate Degree in Electric Power Systems

The Associate of Applied Science in Electric Power Systems degree program provides students with the technical and knowledge-based skills necessary to obtain career advancement and/or entry-level positions in the electric power industry, in particular the fields of facilities and equipment, power generation, grid operations, design, and management.

Associate Degree in Renewable Energy

The Associate of Applied Science in Renewable Energy degree program provides students with the technical and knowledge-based skills necessary to obtain career advancement and/or entry-level positions in the growing renewable energy industry, particularly in the fields of solar photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation, design, and management.

Professional Certificates

APT College provides professional certificate opportunity that helps validate a student’s knowledge, skill, and ability incrementally as they press toward their long term degree goals.
